CLASS 16: Simple Past: Extra Practice

Today, you are going to learn about Mathieu Orfila, an important doctor, chemist, and forensic scientist. He helped develop modern toxicology and used science to solve crimes. 

First, you will read a short biography about his life. Then, you will complete different activities to practise reading comprehension, forensic science vocabulary, and the Simple Past. Pay attention to the past tense verbs and the new words in the text!
